These classes are for true beginners to yoga, or for those who have not had a class for a long time, or for anyone with a curiosity about the language and props used in Iyengar Yoga wanting a thorough foundation. This will be a systematic, progressive, 8 week long introduction to Hatha Yoga in the Iyengar tradition. Note: Sometimes private yoga classes are recommended. Speak with your teacher if interested.
Preregistration is REQUIRED for Beginners Series, and no drop-in students are allowed.
